Delivery Packaging

All of LoveToys products are delivered in plain boxes or jiffy bags, depending on your parcels size.  There is absolutely no reference to the contents within and your adult toys will remain completely discreet until opened with the help of extra padding if required.

Delivery Charges and Times

All UK Mainland Love Toy orders under £30 will be charged £2.95 for postage and packaging.  If your order is over this threshold, you are entitled to FREE UK Delivery.  Our standard delivery time is estimated between three and five working days, although in most cases, it is a lot sooner.  If you have not received your love toys within five days of receiving your Shipment Confirmation e-mail, please contact us at: info@lovetoys.co.uk and we will happily investigate with our currier.

Discreet Sex Toy Packaging

All of our adult toy parcels are packaged in either plain brown boxes or plain brown jiffy bags with no reference whatsoever to the contents within.  All boxes and packages are filled with padding, to ensure maximum anonymity during the delivery process.  Our returns address has also been abbreviated to ensure maximum discretion should you wish to post items back to us.

Same Day Love Toy Shipments

Same day shipments can be arranged before the cut off time of 1 p.m at the cost of £8.99.  Simply place your order and e-mail your next day request to info@lovetoys.co.uk.  From there we will send you a payment link for your next day charge (minus any shipping costs paid in your main order) and your order will be prioritized for despatch.
